Charlotte joined Wilsons in September 1999. As Managing Director, Charlotte is responsible for new business and marketing, IT, client services and HR matters across the firm. She is also a member of The Wilson Organisation board. Charlotte is a committee member for the Chartered Insurance Institute in Nottingham and has several charitable interests outside of work.

When Charlotte is not at work she is a keen runner, cyclist and walker. Her passion for the outdoors is not just limited to this country. Charlotte also enjoys skiing and often goes away with her family to indulge her love of snow sports.
