The Wilson Organisation acts ethically in its relationships with clients, contact and all members of its staff. Our ethical responsibility is key to our business planning in the future and is an issue that is very close to the core of our business.

We act transparently and in the best interests of our clients, staff and contacts in everything we do and will maintain our very high standard of ethical responsibility into the future.

Diversity

Environmental

The Wilson Organisation continues to endeavour to lessen its impact on the environment in all its activities.

Wilsons take part in the "Green Aid" scheme to offset carbon emissions produced in the running of our business. For every business mile we undertake we will donate money to the Green Aid charity that will provide sustainable education programmes to help develop the future if sustainability and environmental awareness in the young. We will actively support these education schemes in an endeavour to build awareness and develop educational programmes to work with young people in the Nottingham area on environmental issues.

We are also investing in technology to lessen the amount of paper based work that is undertaken and to move towards a largely paperless environment through the use of document management technology. Where possible we will email all documentation and ask that unless necessary any documentation or emails we send is not printed.

Wilson are constantly looking for new ways in which to improve our impact on the environment and are firmly committed to pursuing this into the future.
